Manjula Karamcheti and her former colleagues at the High Meadows Graduate School of Teaching and Learning have been incredible experimenters with the Compass. For example, their Teacher Candidates used it to dig into challenges they met in the field each week during clinical debriefs, and explored the use of a bias lens.
